The MAC2 is a spring‑steel snap‑in support clip for MC/AC cable runs, designed to mount to metal or wood studs, or beam flanges. It supports 14‑2 to 10‑3 MC/AC cable sizes and installs without tools. It has stabilizer legs for stability and complies with NEC 300.4(d), positioning cable at least 1¼″ from stud face. The clip even “snaps in half” to be used as two single‑run clips when needed.
