Midwest U0653P is a non-fusible pull-out disconnect switch used to provide a local means of disconnect for air conditioning units, motors, or other equipment. It is rated for 60 amps at up to 240 volts and is designed for three-phase applications. The unit features a rain-tight NEMA 3R metallic enclosure suitable for outdoor or indoor sheltered installations. The pull-out handle allows the disconnect to be removed and reinserted in the off position for safer servicing, and the enclosure includes provisions for padlocking to help prevent unauthorized operation.
